The Residency is a year-long membership for women who have already built meaningful careers and lives and are rethinking how they want to live, work, and lead.
We gather twice a month for facilitated sessions, a seasonal curriculum, and real relationship-building. Over the year, you practice a different way of using your power. One that is more honest, more generous, more skillful with friction, and far less dependent on your own constant effort.
The result is something we think is quietly radical: a woman who is deeply ambitious and deeply relaxed. She knows what she thinks. She can say what she means. She can handle discomfort without immediately trying to fix it. She knows how to give, receive, ask for help, and let herself be supported.
She is sovereign without being hyper-independent. Imagine yourself as this woman. Now imagine a world full of her. That is how we change culture from the inside out.
