We've been sold a very lonely idea of success.
We build companies, lead teams, raise families, and shape the worlds around us. And we've done a spectacular job holding it all together.
Somewhere along the way, doing it alone became a badge of honor. Ladies, the jig is up. We'd rather have each other.
Here, there's room for all of it: our brilliance, contradictions, desires and flaws. The whole glorious, unruly business of being a woman in this world.
Twice a month, we gather for group coaching, intimate conversations, and workshops led by our founders and guest experts. One week, we explore the parts of ourselves we've learned to hide. Another, we practice speaking about our work with conviction. We bring our real lives into the room.
Everything we've learned, built, and earned is ours to share. An idea finds a collaborator. An introduction opens a door. And when one of us takes a leap, she has a whole room of women behind her.
Some sessions leave us laughing until our faces hurt. Others loosen something we've held tight for years. We have a healthy respect for both. Over the course of a year, something remarkable happens. We become deeply known, and braver for it. We find a hearth to return to, among women who know our stories by heart.

What Unfolds
There's power in being known.
You arrive carrying something you've been holding alone. You share it, perhaps for the first time, and someone asks a question so loving and unexpected that something opens up inside you.
A way of being you've carried for years begins to fall away. You hadn't realized how much effort it took to hold yourself that way, or how much room there might be without it.
You breathe a little deeper. Imagine a little further. And wonder what you might create with all that space.
