I'm Christina, and I've spent 20 years leading product management teams at some of the country's most recognized brands, including CVS Health, Gap Inc., Viacom, and Dropbox. Across retail, healthcare, media, and tech, I've built and led teams that create digital products enjoyed by millions. I hold an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. What lights me up most is developing people, and I've recently channeled that into my own fledgling leadership coaching practice, CMT Leadership. Outside of work, you'll find me on the pickleball court, out walking my dog, Potter, or trying not to be too "cringy" or "extra" for my teenage niece and nephew.

I would love to share and offer my experience and expertise as a coach to the other residents, and welcome mentorship from others in that area. I am looking to build my business and appreciate networking and introductions wherever possible. Overall I want to be in community with this group and would appreciate and welcome additional time and connection outside of the core activities to deepen the relationships and experience. I'd love to have a book club / swap, some possible fun accountability partnerships.
