After nearly 10 years in global development, leading USAID funded programs in SE Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, I took a leap of faith to close that chapter, before the agency was dismantled. I am newly based in Brooklyn, exploring new professional opportunities to shape meaningful impact. I've practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years and I'm dreaming of designing sessions to help other regulate their nervous systems, build intentional practices and host retreats.
